CareerCraft AI provides AI-powered career tools including: — Resume optimizer: upload your CV, paste a job description, receive tailored resume bullets, an ATS compatibility score, matched and missing keywords, a cover letter, and interview questions — LinkedIn Profile Optimizer: paste your LinkedIn sections and receive an optimized headline, About section, experience bullets, skill recommendations, and a connection message — Resume History: view, revisit, and delete past optimizations — ATS Score Cards: shareable 4:5 images of your optimization results — Account management: subscription billing, credit purchases, usage tracking, and account deletion The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about employment outcomes. Always review AI-generated content before using it professionally.
You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts are for individual use only — sharing accounts is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free accounts receive 3 resume optimizations per month, reset automatically at the start of each calendar month. The LinkedIn Profile Optimizer includes 1 free use. Pro plan ($12/month) provides unlimited resume optimizations, unlimited LinkedIn Profile Optimizer uses, and full access to all current and future features. Pro is billed automatically each month until cancelled. Credits ($5 for 10 credits) are a pay-as-you-go alternative. Credits never expire and are consumed before free monthly uses. Cancellation: cancel anytime from your account dashboard or mobile profile menu. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time. You agree not to: — Use the service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content (e.g. fabricating qualifications or work history) — Attempt to circumvent usage limits through technical means — Use the service for any unlawful purpose — Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service or its outputs for competitive purposes — Share account credentials or resell access to the service Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
AI-generated content produced for you (resume bullets, cover letters, LinkedIn sections, interview questions) belongs to you. You are free to use, modify, and publish this content without restriction. The CareerCraft AI brand, design, code, and product are owned by Kotabitus Dev. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy (careercraft.kotabitus.com/privacy), which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Key points: we do not sell your data, we do not use your resume content to train AI models, and you can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
CareerCraft AI integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Anthropic Claude (AI), Supabase (database), Google OAuth (sign-in), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kotabitus Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of income, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for: failure to secure employment, decisions made by employers or recruiters, inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you did not review before use, or any damages resulting from third-party service outages (Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, etc.).
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
We may update these Terms of Service as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
